Child Access Lawyer - Milton Ontario

It is the right of children to have a healthy relationship with both parents and in the access context, it would be the parent who does not have custody.  There are different types of access that a parent can enjoy with their children depending on the circumstances of each family.  Parents upon separation need to determine whether the access for the visiting parent should be structured or not, overnight or day access or in some circumstances supervised.  In extreme cases where there are risks to children, no access can be ordered by a court.
